Mourinho is blatantly the best candidate, its whether he'd be interested which is the key. Definitely a very ambitious bloke though, could be up for a new challenge once he wins the CL for chelsea.

He's a worthy candidate but an asshole.

You know him personally then do you? Not being afraid to speak your mind/telling it like it is are not necessarily characteristics of an asshole. He's been a breath of fresh air for the premiership imo, and beats the shit out of the old wenger vs fergie arguments!

I don't mind all the shit he says (like about Wenger being a voyeur wishing he coached Chlesea) but about what he did against Man U.

I would like him as well but I think his tactics have just worn off :pumpkin:

EDIT: But his magic still pops up now and then..
His tactics are fine in the league. The problem is the same one he's alway had - poor finances mean he's stuck with a paper-thin squad he's cobbled together with his MacGyver kit. Injuries hit Arsenal's form like nothing else. Of course, his tactics have always been substandard in Europe. I'd still be happy to see him at Juve. He's amazing at finding young gems. I think he'd make real use of Juve's youth squad for once. I think he'd adapt well to Serie A, and that'd help him in Europe. He's a relatively realistic target too.

I still think this is all rubbish though - Capello probably hasn't agreed anything and may stay at Juve.

Perhaps you can provide the correct information, Mr. "Holier than Thou." ;)

Not everybody knows Italian, you know.
He's got only this year left of his contract. Naturally their trying to extend his contract for a really long period, but since many of the bigger clubs might change their coach after this season, you never know... Remember what happened with Terim?

And my Italian is very insufficient.

If we win the CL then Capello's work here is done, and he will move on to the next challenge. Meanwhile we will be left with a squad full of 29-year olds...
