Juve is a team with history, dare i say for gentlmen only. Jose's big head wont fit through the door.
Even recognizing Mourhino skills as a formidable tactician (almost as good as Lippi) i find disgusting and insulting thinking about such egocentic and scandalous bastard managing juve. Even being a genious, Mourinho is a show-off bitch that would not suit Juventus standarts and policies.....

Capello should stay on another year at least, then Mourinho.

Hell, he is arrogant, but he is fun guy and he's a master tactician / motivator.

Imagine the fun he'd had with the italian press.

Probably Prandelli. I know this is a question of who "should" replace Capello but in my mind Mourinho is out of the question for obvious reasons.

Prandelli would prolly answer the "will" question as well.

Capello not Real-ly going

Wednesday 23 November, 2005

Channel4.com wrote:

Fabio Capello has denied having signed any pre-contractual agreement to go to Real Madrid. "It’s fantasy football," he joked.

Reports in Spain yesterday claimed the Juve Coach had already agreed to a move to Los Meringues, including a penalty clause in case he should change his mind, but Capello put the whole business down to hot air.

In playful mood after guiding his side through to the last 16 of the Champions League, the 59-year-old initially left the implication that he might, after all, be on his way.

"I had no idea I’d already signed a pre-contract and a penalty clause," he said. "I really can’t reveal how much the penalty clause is."

But it soon became clear he was reacting ironically to a week of speculation surrounding his future.

He once famously said that you should never reheat the same soup - in other words, never go back to a former club – but he did add that Real Madrid could no longer be considered the same side that he once coached.

"It’s only reheated the soup when you go back after just a year when you know everyone and everyone still knows you," he added, referring to his second stint at Milan. "But from my time at Real there are only three players left."

Was the former Real Coach hinting then that he would be going back to take charge of the Galacticos?

"No, there’s no truth in it at all," he revealed. "It’s fantasy football. The news surprised me as much as anyone else.

"I have a contract with the people here and I am working very well, thank you. Che sarà sarà."

Therefore, no move to Spain appears imminent, particularly with the Italian giants as best equipped as they have been in years to launch an assault on the Champions League.

Juventus director general Luciano Moggi also rubbished the link. "These things are written when there is nothing else to write about," he argued.

"A lot of things have been said about us, such as we are going to buy Ronaldinho. He is a great player, but we have no need for him.

"Roy Keane? We don’t sign players who are over 30 and I think I’m right in saying that he is 34. Therefore, he is not part of our plans."

Unfortunately a lot of people are living in a fairytale land here. Unless Mourinho has a dispute with Abramovich he will be staying at Cheslea until he completes the double and wins the CL. Rafa Benitez will be staying at Liverpool until he does something in EPL or is let go due to ineptness in the EPL. Prandelli is an unrealistic possibility because he has a contract at La Viola and he will not leave an up and coming side like Fiorentina who can realistically challenge us for the Scudetto over the coming seasons, like it or not. In fact these names should not even be included in the poll..
Very true, except the crap about Prandelli. Your info is misleading, don't refer to Channel4 which is a bad source anyway.

...And as I wrote on the first page, the question is who SHOULD replace Capello.

That's not exactly true... After all Juve is one of the most arrogant clubs in the world. Amici di nessuno etc etc. I wouldn't mind a bit more entertainment, and that's definitely something that Mourinho supplies. How does he differ from Zlatan, Moggi and many other current and former Juventini or staff? Besides, why the you people need to take him so seriously? My personal belief is that Mourinho is classy and intelligent coach who loves to be provocative. He fits in the stile Juve-category perfectly.

Sorry about the double-post.

Mourinho will probably be tied to Chelsea, same with Benitez sticking with Liverpool. Lippi would probably be Italy's coach anyway.

So the most possible coach to come here after Capello would probably be Prandelli. I would love to see how this guy, but I only wish that sometimes Prandelli would focus more on coaching than talking on the press

I share the same thoughts as u. Never mind about Mourinho's arrogance, he will defiintely be able to turn things round when bad things occur at times. Zlatan and Capello also fit into the "arrogant" category. His job is to make the team win, as long as he does his job right I would be happy. Juz ignore him if he made some arrogant comments.

But Mourinho will say

Shut up. I'm tied to Chelsea, and Chelsea will win everything under "the Special One"

ok i will go through all these couches

1. Lippi: unless italy really sucked in the world cup or win it, lippi wont come. lippi needs a motivation to come to Juve again, even though it's more likely he wont . he wont just keep going in and out of Juve. the only possibility that he will come back will be as a manager in Bettega's place.

2. Prandelli: that what i call another Ancelloti, ok he is good in developing youngersters but unless he wins something with the Viola we wont go for him. even the viola managment wont let him go , as della valli said the have a 3 years plan and i think that involves the couch.

3. Mourinho: lets face it guy, do u really imagine him comeing to Juve! do u know how big is his salary? he wont come unless it is more than what he gets from chealse. he can get any player he wants without asking. with our limit budget we can't afford him.

4. Deschamp: he is a good couch but he is too young for us. maybe after 4 years but not know. and to the guys who thinks that he sucked this year and last year with Monaco, take a look at the players he have and who left the club.

5. Hiddink: i think he is a national team couch, but also he have 2 contracts right now. he is way hard to get and he don't know that much about the italian leguae.

6. Del Neri: he sucked at Roma, he sucks at Palermo . he is an offensive couch and i like that about him. but with all of my respect he doesn't know the meaning of defense. we are a definsive team we don't need him.

7. Viali: come on guys, he was a good player and he loves Juve but lets not get too emotional. when was the last team he couched a team. i mean a real team.

8. Le Guen: thats a great couch but i think he will go to Epl or La Liga.

9. Novellino: he just have one bad thing, he doesn't have Euro experince. i think he will be the man for Juve if we got him a good staff to work with him. i'd love Ferrara to work with him as an assistant manager.

I certainly do. He'd be my top choice. If they win the CL this year, that might improve our chances of landing him... should he have some internal issues with the Chelsea organization that aren't exactly visible to the public.

But with Mourinho, I can't see him keeping a lid on it if he's displeased with something...

I second that. However whether he wins the CL or not with Chelsea he already proved us to be one of the most succ coaches around. I mean take a look at EPL, there's no more something called Man Utd or Arsenal...They're leading 10points So far only. and I'm sure they still can go far in the CL....

Not to forget that I like the quality players he always chooses to have.
