I won't play that Kinect shit, I've never liked that. I'll be playing quality online, so good luck with the laggy servers for being cheap.

I do not have any issues with laggy servers at all on the PS3.

They are all dedicated servers.


Unlike the Gears of War 2 servers, which still aren't fixed to this day.

And I have the Kinect, and its pretty cool.

Just watched the SOCOM 4 trailer, I like the OTS view it has, it's close to being FPS style, which is what I prefer.

It does look pretty sweet, doesn't it?

But I'm pretty sure you can zoom in to the FPS view just like in previous games.

That's another reason I like this series. They accommodate different preferences.

I've owned a 360 (4 of them actually) since 2005, and I've owned a PS3 since 2006, yet I am biased.

I believe the OS for the PS3, and saved games are stored on the hard drive. Also, some games need to install files onto the PS3 to be able to play the game.

It's just how consoles are made right now. Xbox 360 has a HDD too.

I have a 360, it's quite useful. I use it to put under my table for my PS3 because one the table's legs are short.

like I can just buy FIFA11 and start playing online like PC? or do I have to pay monthly?

Killzone 3 comes out next month.

Little Big Planet 2 comes out next week, and yes, I will be creating games on that one just like I did for the first one.

Resistance 3 comes out in September, uncharted 3 comes out in November, and I think that SOCOM 4 comes out in October.

Yes, to play online is free. As well as downloading demos and buying stuff on the store. With XBOX Live, if you get the "Silver" account, you cannot play online

Sony came out with a program called Playstion Plus in the middle of last year that is 50.00 per year that got you free stuff and discounts, as well as early Beta Access to games (Case inPoint, being a member of it got me into the Killzone 3 Beta, the Dead Space 2 Beta, The DC Universe Online Beta, and the Assasins Creed Brotherhood Beta)

At first, the quality of stuff that they were giving out for free were lackluster, but the last couple of months have been great as far as free stuff and discounts are concerned. I was worried that I wasn't getting my money's worth at first, but now it looks to be money very well spent. I can still play in the Killzone 3 Beta, but against Bots instead of actual online opponents.

I have it.

Its good, but not as good as Fallout 3, in my opinion. I just liked the story better in Fallout 3. The graphics and the gameplay remain relatively untouched.

if u know any one coming home from saudi it would work perfectly for u bec last summer my brother got his ( its 250gb) for a total of 2200 sr or 2400 sr in this region, i also think we went above budget bec it come with one controller as deneb pointed out. p.s i have a little advice for u if u r going to get it from there. they have offers like three games, or two games and one controller etc. i recommend highly u ditch the games bec u will never get to play them bec they r rubbish and sometimes meant for 3 year olds!! so instead we just went for the set and we bought the controller and two games. also try to get yr games from abroad bec here the game prices are beyond ridiculous probably the only disadvantage ps3 has in this part of the world. over there the highest i paid for a game was 180 sr and it was for pes 2010. should be loads of fun for u though so its worth every pound u pay.

note: prices are based on last summer naggar, so its def down a bit more by now.

note: i read what wahdan mentioned about the usb and i agree with him its too risky bec it might destroy ye system files so do some research before u jump in

It's pretty cool. It's tempting to run straight for Vegas right away, but play through from the beginning otherwise you'll realize you already picked a side and most everybody hates you.
