Disagree...

This is a WC qualifier, and its no time to experiment with "new blood"

DP is on form, and brings more to the table than an Esposito, and even Luca Toni, right now
Exactly, you always need players like Dp when he's playing well, remmber Euro qualification, without Dp italy couldn't qualify..

I guess this might give DP a chance for an NT comeback immediately:

Montella ruled out for Italy
Wednesday 23 March, 2005
Italy have lost their second player in 24 hours after Vincenzo Montella also pulled out of the Scotland match.

Milan defender Alessandro Nesta withdrew from the squad with injury yesterday and Montella has followed him out of the Coverciano training base.

The Roma striker, Serie A’s top scorer with 19 goals, missed training on Tuesday with an ankle problem.

Medics have been treating him extensively over the past few days but the former Sampdoria ace was forced to return home this morning.

Boss Marcello Lippi has yet to call-up any replacements for either central defender Nesta or the pint-sized striker.

The Azzurri take on Scotland at the San Siro on Saturday in a crucial World Cup qualifier.

Even if Montella is out, Dp wont be called, but am quite sure if he continue playing the same why he's doing recently, he'll be called up for Sure...

Ya Montella pulls out. Lippi can still call someone up for him, and Nesta. I wanna see what he does.

I mean, without Del, hes still got Esposito, Gilardino, Toni, Cassano, and Totti, enough fire power up top, but he should still give Del a call, in good gesture.

If Totti doesn't make it, and Motella is confirmed out, I think Lippi should call in DP.....

Every striker will be without much experience, Cassano probably has the most (Toni, Esposito...) and Cassano still doesn't have enough to lead the team at the front by himself...

What, that's a law?

I know I can't vote, or own a weapon, but I cannot have a passport either?

I mean I already have one, so can I use it?
I want to say no, but I'll find out for sure today......

Lippi's 4-3-3 tomorrow

Bonera - Cannavaro - Materazzi - Chiellini

Camoranesi - Pirlo - Gattusso

Totti

Cassano - Gilardino

I think this will bring the 3 points hoping there won't be any mistakes from the tall guy in the back. Too bad Zambrotta is suspended and Nesta is injured. It is good that the 3 midfielders are on top form as they will do a good job for attack and helping the defenders.

I don't think Del Piero will be called up anyways, he's in pretty tough competion

Miccoli, Di Michele, Flacchi, Bazzani, Iaquinta etc...

I see that as a good thing, we need rested material if we wanna stay in the CL and still keep up in the league.

Is this the confirm line up Lippi will play against Scotland?
