If people think that it makes themselves feel better by their looks, more power too them. But the unfortunate side effect of this is that it can create a self-perpetuating societal dissatisfaction with yourself. Basically, the same knife that marketers stick into consumers' backs and twist with regular abandon. Individuals can resist with their own egos and self-esteem, but the overall effect on society can't be very healthy...

You don't need big boobs to enjoy your life. If you are doing this so people will like you more, well, those are not the kind of people you should want to like.

Ahhh shut up, I don't know what I am saying.

Go for it.

Plastic surgery... I dont know, its quite a risk isnt it, and when I watch programmes about the issue people always look better the way they were than the plastic ones.

So in that sense I think I'm against it but let people do what they want. Doesnt matter really.

Plastic surgery's fine in my opinion. As long as you know what you want and don't harbour any delusions about what it'll bring you, why not.

Think of it as buying clothes, albeit really expensive ones.

That may or may not be the case...but in more instances than not they look happier after getting surgery compared to before it and that's ultimately what matters since beauty is forever subjective.
