Any how I've never touched a fake boob before but I've seen the results quite alot of times ( courtesy of Dr. Rey, Dr 90210).
I don't know about the other results(from other doctors) but those that i saw were pretty good looking, not over sized and not totally altering the persons body look. Pretty good work.
But I guess thats y he is known for his breast augmentations jobs

I have a question. Flame me if you want but I'm still gonna ask. If you do breast enlargment, where do you get the extra skin? From a physical angle, the skin already there by "default" is exactly on the dot enough to "wrap" adequately the area in question, at a reasonable tension. If you enlarge the area to be covered, you either need more skin or you have to increase the tension of the skin, correct? So what do they do?

So what do they do?I think Skin can always stretch and in time to some extent heal itself. Its like a guy getting fatter and then losing weight, skin will adjust although not immediately. Ever seen somebody's pregnant belly? alot of stretch marks afterwards. But from what I know when the enlargement is too big the skin will stretch out unaturally, atleast thats what it looks.
Just for your satisfaction martin, they actually mke the cut right below the nipples, and then they stuff the unpumped silicon in. It's like stuffing a doll coz they try to make the cut as small as possible.
But there are worse sights, like surgery on the face...nose job, jaw job...or even reproductive organ.
