Firstly shape... Whether you get the "hey look at me i got boob job" orange type (they are jus horrible) or the supposedly natural looking ones (which dont look natural at all) , to me they are all very displeasing to look at...
Nipple position... Jus wrong
Feel... Fake boobs even with the latest implants feel very wrong and not nice at all...
Feeling... Several people i know have had it done (way back when it was super fasionable) and they all say they have lost a significant amount of feeling... Even with newer methods i have read similar reports...
Scarring.... unnecessary scarring in certain places bothers me (different if its an accident or required surgery)...
Some scarring is allways present, even with the latest (through the stomach) implants there is allways a little scarring...
The list goes on...
To me they are ugly... Often look nice whilst covered (you can do that through other methods) but once clothing is removed i find them the ultimate turn off....
Anyway, jus my oppinion... though i have to say i do not know any men that actually like them
Personally i think if you are doing it because it bothers you... and will make you feel better as a person and as such improve your life... then go for it... if its jus cause you think it will make you look better... then i think you will regret it
