Yup is a must easy sign decision. No brainer.

And he deserved his red, its stupid to do what he did, despite the grainy footage, he wind up unnecessarily to hit him, and the Lazio player naturally milked it. Completely avoidable.
The funny thing is that Juventus again doesn't say anything and doesn't ask for an investigation.

Did he though?

I think that was an absolutely disgraceful call from the ref. The Lazio player came in hard, deliberately hit him and then when he responded (quite meekly even), he gets a red? Absolutely ridiculous.

That’s my biggest annoyance.

If it was a proper elbow to the face or whatever, and we had crystal clear images close up to confirm it, fine, the red is deserved and you’ll have no argument from me. For example the Yildiz red card was 100% correct imo.

But in this day and age of 1000000 HD quality cameras all around the stadium, why did they show us a drone shot of the incident from as high up as the moon? How could the ref or VAR team conclude from those images exactly what happened 100%? It’s an especially huge decision in a massive game.

Makes it all the more galling we’ve had our players elbowed in the face violently (Gatti and McKennie) with proper close-up images and absolutely nothing has happened. It’s what makes me laugh about this league, how these decisions always go against us no matter what.

The only thing we know for sure is the Lazio player easily could have avoided a collision, but chose to collide with Kalulu. It's outrageous to let that slide and punish Kalulu.

Yep. Still haven’t changed my mind about it a day later. It’s a totally bullshit decision but one that happens to us far too often as a club for it to be more than a “coincidence”.

Also; my favourite stat from yesterday was at half time.

Lazio 7 fouls 0 yellow cards
Juventus 5 fouls 2 yellow cards

And this was after the first two big yellow-worthy fouls were by Lazio players…the third foul was from Thuram and BANG yellow card.

They sent that cunt Massa to fuck with us.
