very sad such is life! hopefully get through this!
people seems to underestimate the emotional blackout of a suicidal depressed people. The dont do detailed effect and cause analysis of their action. Their vision is tunneled toward no hopeful answer to their predicament but death . Staring at the ground from 2 floor up. imagining how crushing your head first towards the car below with gravity accelaration would definately force the problem out of their head. The relive of the responsibility.

It is very heartening indeed to witness the show of solidarity from not only the Azzurri but also various avenues such as Sheva and Morratti. Its a delicate moment for us all and its humbling to see that in a time where the stakes in the world cup seem to be taking centre stage events such as this can truly put things into perspective and reconcile personalities from different agendas and backgrounds.
Pessotto gives encouraging signs after suicide attempt
ROME (AFP) - Juventus team manager Gianluca Pessotto, who suffered multiple fractures after jumping out of his office window, appears to be improving, doctors have said.
"The diagnosis is still serious, but the absence of new complications allows cautious optimism," said a spokesman from Le Molinette hospital in Turin where the former Italy defender was admitted after an apparent suicide attempt.
Pessotto could look around, recognised people and understood what was being said to him, Professor Pier Paolo Donadio said.
"Pessotto can open his eyes and recognises people during periods when he is less sedated. He can move his eyes and gives signs that he understands what is said to him," Donadio said.
Doctors intended to steadily reduce the sedatives with the aim of bringing him to a stage where he could breathe without assistance, he added.
"There is still a risk of complications from kidney failure and a lung infection," Donadio said.

Secondo Pier Paolo Donadio, primario di rianimazione dell'ospedale Molinette di Torino, Gian Luca Pessotto comincia gradualmente a reagire alle terapie. In una intervista rilasciata all'emittente Sky, Donadio spiega: "Da ieri sera abbiamo cominciato a svezzarlo dal ventilatore meccanico, che significa che è ancora intubato, che è ancora connesso a questa macchina che lo fa respirare, però una piccola parte del lavoro respiratorio la fa lui e la macchina diciamo che lo segue. Lui detta i tempi, la macchina lo aiuta a respirare e fa ancora una gran parte del lavoro, ma intanto inizia anche lui a respirare con i suoi muscoli respiratori e se la sta cavando bene". Nei prossimi giorni è previsto il programma di riportarlo a respirare autonomamente? "Sì, noi speriamo che se continua così, nel giro di qualche giorno si possa permettergli di respirare in modo completamente autonomo". (Ansa)
