Meeh...last good PES game I played was 09 on PS2. Since they they've all been gross, and I used to be a huge PES fan, used to hate FIFA. Now FIFA is the shit and PES is shit. Hopefully things will change soon.

Cool story bro.

I heard that Konami will make all official La Liga kits available free as DLCs. It's possible that we may see this happen for many others kits now or in future releases, as a way of getting around certain license criteria.

What I heard and posted on previous page was there will be a free DLC of all La Liga Stadiums on release date. Don't know if you could still alter with licensed stuff, but I'm looking to get the PC version this year (just got a desktop with huge potential on a decent deal, with a little spending will run great.) happy patch hunting! :p

    When is this coming out?
not confirmed yet. should be around the same as last year.

I see they still have those 'beach ball' type physics again, not looking good.
not long to go for Demo v.01 ( 25/6th July tbc) gotta play this shet, not a fan of last year's ball physics , new manual shooting, passing should sort it out a bit.

You're right, it was the stadiums I heard about. I do look on PESFan etc now and again, but I play PES (and games in general) far less these days. I'll get PES 2013 (and probably an edited OF :D), but I like making teams and players as much as playing. I swear 40% of the PES crowd are editing boffs.

^hah! editing's certainly a good fun part of PES. sorting our your fav team players including youth then nothing like setting up a ml and promoting new kits every season. it's insane on PC as you could literally upgrade everything.

Right guys 25th it is :

Nice vid btw, the Ibra-Gigi sequence was perfect. And obviously they have completely modeled Neymar from video. Konami do this with several players, but 95% have a generic model which can obviously be tweaked in the editor for dribbling styles etc.

^ A good thing with this new players ID feature (which really isn't new but well) is there will be quite a large number of players (with yearly addition of new ones) that are modeled with animations to move and play identical to rl, like Neymar you mentioned. so that pretty much eliminates the whole assigning presets dribbling styles in edit mode for them. the ones you see in the video above are supposedly done with this player ID, and I know Balotelli will have it as well. the rest probably will find out when the games released.

Surely there won't be hundreds though, it would be too time consuming to do that. If it is only 20-30 players it won't make a huge difference. I suppose it is the first step to future releases having the majority of players with real life modeling.

The problem with PES from this aesthetic perspective is that there is still a big lack of licensing and 70% of players have generic faces and actions. You can edit them, but that requires additional time and skill.

You're right, still to have them brand this as a whole new feature in "players ID" (tho for marketing purposes) there should be some notable changes compared to previous versions.
