Just tried the FIFA 2013 demo, which i believe is inferior to the PES demo this year.
But that says little, as in the past 5 years, the PES demo is better than the end product...

BTW anyone who has Xbox should keep a look out for the new Daymos OF, you only need a 2Mb memory stick to get it now, no software needed. Just d/l and copy then transfer it to your Xbox HD (20Gb HD needed).

I'll post links when the 2013 OF lands. The last 2012 one was region-free, so hoping for the same.

I remember getting an OF on the ps3 to work for pes2011 was a real bitch. One of the reasons I switched to Fifa last year.

Yeah with PS3 you actually have more customisable options because you insert individual files for each kit, logo, etc. That is ok if you want to change things yourself, but very time consuming to do a whole OF.

JJ Keep me posted as I don't know how that works and how to transfer the files from PC to XBOX? I wish they would just make it easier and download them from the internet directly!

That's how you do it mate, at least with V4 of the 2012 file.

Just waiting on confirmation that 2013 will be the same, there is a beta test ongoing for Friday. That way is very simple, should only take a few mins.

The way they calculate the overall rating is a bit confusing, because the overall stats look quite realistic.

There is no point in 'doing a FIFA' and comparing ratings for use with UT etc, they really mean nothing on PES.

PES overall rating for players is not much about the players stats like FIFA at all, more about some we weird positional strength for players, plus versatility, and how good their key attribute stats is ( Lucio is prolly overall 89 because he has same number on defending) and plus of course the stats themselves. Vucis actual stats are really good, 87 and 86 on several offensive stats etc.

In essence, if you play PES series you should know by now overall rating number means little for some players.
