Imagine thinking Nedved has no responsibility in this mess. Hilarious. Then again braindead fandom and objectivity/logic are usually very far from each other.
Little self reflection would be nice. If there's a constant smell of shit around you, you ought to check the sole of your shoes. As Nedved is way too lazy for that, he prefers to pretend it's always the actual coach that's farting nonstop... The one time he actually had a look and saw the shit on his sole he quickly claimed that it was Allegri (Sarri/Pirlo/next coach) putting it on there in secret.
Our academy is a factory for serie b teams. Our scouting is questionable at best, waste of money really. (Barella, Tonali, Locatelli trio is an excellent indicator of each scouting department's quality). Pretty much guaranteed this club uses analytics the least out of the big ones. No long term strategy whatsoever, always hunting for "deals". Buying a 80mil poacher in January when it's clear that there is no quality service behind him... good idea, let's also sell some young players to finance this move, gotta keep that average age around 30 huh? Serie A directors' eyes light up when they see Cherubini calling them. 40 million here, 40 million there, Juve fans at home in despair.

We've managed to modernise the brand but forgot about the football. When it comes to football, the last word is Nedved's.
Fire Allegri for all I care but by far the biggest issue is our management. This is a club where you can employ Ferrari's worst director in the last 20-30 years and smile about it. Cronism is killing the club, time to go for Nedved and the rest.
Btw, this also stands for Agnelli, just because he's not involved in day-to-day, his enabling allows Nedved and the other charlatans to do their thing. He needs to wake the fuck up and get rid of them. Or if Nedved-Agnelli is a package deal, he can go too.
