There is only so much convincing one needs and one can do. I'm pretty sure that if he hasn’t elected to stay by now then nothing is going to make him lean back to us. Unfortunately the day will come (I hope its not now) that we will have to let go of Ale also. Whatever the man decides to do will be in the best interest of the team and himself.
