I'm here.

Offer him a lower base salary, with bonuses based on appearances, goals, assists, and titles won; Also, make it a 3+1 contract. Make him understand you value his contribution, but his injuries are a concern.

However, I must also point out that our staff suck donkey dick because we have a lot of injuries, many of them recurring.
Or let him go and be someone else’s problem

But yes Jmedical is cursed

Marotta wouldn't offer him a contract worth much. He's clever.

I doubt Inter are at all interested in signing him.

I wouldn't take a bet on a 32 year old Dybala. He's been pretty average for a long time now

7+bonusses for 3 years (maybe an option on an extra year) is a superb offer for him. And if he wants to stay, fine. If he wants more and goes to inter, thank you and he can kindly fuck off.

He and his agent overplayed their hand in the negotiations. We called his bluff and I kinda like it. We're not being pushovers anymore. The ball is in your court, Dybala...

Really true. I am glad the management finally realized that Dybala is injury prone and skipped the idea of signing him to 5y extension.

Does Dybala have many suitors?

Asking because I don’t read anything about him and interested clubs in the media. Might not be the best sign concerning an extension, if no wants him then there’s probably a reason.

inda the only team reported so far. della valle reported yesterday that antun allegedly met marotta before meeting juventus.

Only Inter?

Thats not a good sign.
using inda as a leverage is a petty sign. he'll leave for free, it's been the most probable outcome for a while.

losing him for free will be a terrible market move for juventus though, regardless of his next club. at one point the guy was worth a few quid, not taking advantage is just amateurish.
