I've always been his biggest fan but this season has been a nightmare it's hard to argue his case anymore.

Saying that though unless we get a large sum of money (which we don't unless he has a good season next year) I don't think it's worth selling him.

I don't think it's that simple. i like lukaku a lot. combination of size and pace.

but here is the thing. in juve, he would have to play against teams that defend with 11 men for 90+ minutes game in and out. his size and strength would help a bit but not that much. Morata for example a big striker. just 1 CM shorter than Lukakau. yet he struggles as well.

the other part is lack of midfield creativity and energy. we don't have midfield runners like inter do. bentancur and rabiot play too deep to take advanatge of lukaku hold up play.

we gonna see lukaku struggle after this season. once inter win the league they will be seen as the big team to beat so others teams will start defending with 11 men. he will have harder time scoring.
Yes I get your point, but CR7-Lukaku-Chiesa would have been fantastic attacking force.

Anyway back than I was against Dybala/Lukaku swap, but I have to admit I was wrong.

This guys physical fitness (and mental fitness) is turning into a real problem. Even when he’s been fit this year he’s been unfit.

In hindsight the Lukaku swap was a good move and Lukaku has taken inter up a number of notches. Dybala playing for Man U just wouldn’t have impacted us at all.

We all were sadly, Dybala turned out to be a failure.

Just like with Chiellini, it would be a mistake to renew him, especially for a much higher salary, because he doesnt deserve it.

Im just glad the club was smart/lucky enough not to sign before this bad knee problem emerged.

his stock and because of covid would mean a lower fee.
yes but we better make amends with the loss and thats it. Juve got their in this mess so better to get rid of him and call it a day.

Why? because this new excuse to not offload him "until he recovers and we can make a profit" can very well never happen again and we will be stuck with him forever.

It's Elvin. I never take anything he says seriously. A failure? :howler:

GTFO. I mean it's one thing to express your opinion and another to spew absolute nonsense, which places you in that same category as that Juve-92 dude and Sir Lacks A Lot.
A player who sucks in CL = a failure in my book. But you do you.

Yes. In the meantime, you keep being wrong. Shitting on a player when he's down, forgetting all he's done for us when he was around. Ungrateful much?
What am I being wrong about?

I'm very pragmatic. I am of course grateful for what he's done but it wasn't enough, and my opinion is that it will not get better from here on.

Juve above all.

Stupid to think about the swap with lukaku now after the fact. Dybala has been injured and is still injured. He hasn't played every game and underperformed, so why compare to lukaku now? Just stupid comments.

What is this injury? I dont understand why it is taking so long.

10m Max.. in the hope he recovers and regains form from last season. Definitely a tiered performance contract. If he says no then let's hope clubs still consider him to be of high value, otherwise we lose out on big money.

Chelsea and united offered us 80mill+ and we didn't sell him, what a waste of chance! He will never shine, because he is not a diamond! He is worth 30mill now

10 mill for the best injured player who will play 5 games in the next 5 seasons. Just perfect, thats why we suck and will suck for next 5 years
Yeah, we dont have the necessary boss-ness required to be a truly elite club.

We will regret this renewal IMHO. Hope I'm wrong of course.
