With the poor performance from the previous season he is not worth this contract. And overall he has been inconsistent throughout his career and this year he'll be 27 years old. His games/ goals ratio for the Argentina national team is also a red flag.

I'm just going to say this. If you look at the football landscape, it is a lot easier to find an Isco than it is a Dybala. Im not saying it is easy, but certainly easier.
