He isnt a midfielder. If you think he should be out wide for Cuads or replace higgy I get it but other than that I dont get your argument. The middle 3 has really made is stronger
He shouldn't play as a winger. We're sacrificing an AMC (Dybala) for a B2B midfielder (Khedira or Matuidi) atm.. which sucks imo. If we want 3 midfielders, go 352 again for all I care..

How can you look at our midfield dominance right now against a great Roma midfield and not think its a good tactical change. What is Dybals best position? CF in a 2 forwad setup simlar to Del Piero? False 9 lone striker ala messi? AM? I think we are having some issues finding it

no. in the 433, hes a CF. if we want to play him then either 3421 or 352 or 4231. or bench Higuain, which would also be good

Even though the 3 man midfield is working well, Allegri will be under too much pressure to reinstate him back into the starting XI

So going forward , Allegri has to make the choice between 4-2-3-1 or play him slightly out of position in a different formation.

It makes sense to play thge 4231 against teams like Verona (next week). Hard opposition, 3 man midfield is a must. Whether its a 4321 or 433...Max will decide because Dybala can play in the 4321

Either way, people need to accept that Dybala is likely to be benched more often. Get used to it.

It's the players that he's being benched by that makes me facepalm.

Dybala is a significantly better footballer than either Cuadrado or Mandzukic, whether he plays on the right of a 433 or in the middle doesn't matter. He's just a better and more talented footballer.

He is also better than Higuain.

Well, the more i think about it, the more i keep thinking about the likes of Messi, Ronaldinho, Iniesta and co., players that can play wherever the fuck you put them. Playing a trident of Mandzo-Higuain-Dybala could work cause it doesnt have to mean that Dybala will play as a classic winger. He could be allowed to roam freely. Also, a 4-3-1-2 would also be a good formation. Fuck, Allegri can make it work, he said it himself once, the formation isnt the problem and it doesnt really matter what formation you play, its the players that count. You can play any formation you want, but if Sandro keeps loosing posession, if Pjanic missplaces passes and Dybala cant even control the ball, you are gonna have a bad day.
