No close to knowing Turin but I'm amazed how much #10 appears to be idolized by the fans. Am I wrong in thinking that? If Dybala wasn't so injured too often a deal probably would have been easily done. He should have signed the contract ASAP. #10 gave Juve too much time to think it over with his minor injuries continuing. After much thought Juve management decided to rebuild without him. He was given the #10 Juventus jersey, I mean the #10 JUVENTUS JERSEY. WTF dude. He overplayed his hand and I wish him the best.
Just had to look at some stats for a comparison. As much crap as Higuain took for the high transfer fee in 3 years he scored 66 goals with 17 assists in all competitions. #10 in almost 4 years has 45 goals with 23 assists. Higgy at an older age for the most part showed up match-in-match-out. You can't predict injuries but Dybala just hasn't done the same and the constant minor injuries is worrisome.
