Must have been giving players salami, mortadella and prosciutto under the table cuz my understanding is we couldn't afford toilet cleaners during covid, what fucking cash did we have to give players..seriously over all this BS in Serie A. Why not put the effort towards trying to make the league better rather than continuously trying to create scandals.

Must be BS. Dybala clearly thinks highly of himself, there were very good offers on the table already and he preferred to push it. Dude got it wrong, you don't mess with :mauri:
I think it's more likely for him to seek revenge (by joining inter) than making any U-turns tbh.
I am starting to see how Arrivabene achieved those amazing results with Ferrari. I'm sure he'll do just as well here.

Di Canio has now warned clubs against a potential move for Dybala, insisting that the 28-year-old is ’emotionally fragile’ and not the sort of character who would stand up during tough times.
The former Hammers man told Corriere dello Sport about Dybala: “It’s true that he could become a technical leader, but I cannot have an emotionally fragile one.

“If things go well, he turns up in games, but if things go wrong, I define him almost as a big cry baby.

Is he lying though?

Specifically, Juve announced in 2020 that the players had agreed to give up three months’ worth of wages to help the club through the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, investigators argue that many of the players received the full salary anyway, it just wasn’t put on the Juventus accounts, therefore avoiding taxes and helping to balance the books.
The disclosure said
"Should the current season's matches be rescheduled, the Club will negotiate in good faith with the players and the
coach conditional increases of compensations according to the actual resumption and finalisation of official
competitions."

19/20 Serie A matches were rescheduled and played in the 20/21 financial year. It's almost clear from the disclosure that players would be paid for those months/matches and the cost and revenue for those matches would be recorded in the 20/21.

Intentionally leaving out some details to harass the management.
