I'm beginning to see Allegris stand on the Dybala issue. He may well be vindicated come the end of the season, if he's allowed to handle Dybala in the way he sees fit. He's not off about his judgement IMO.
Thing is not even Dybala is a SS. He is a poacher that we're using as a SS. So in fact Marotta bought 3 CFs this season and we already had 2. So clever.
He is really not a poacher. He got vision, technic, intelligence can play in tight spaces. He got SS written all over him.
The problem with the situation is that we are so much better when Dybala plays because he is the only one of our attackers who can play between the lines and successfully create. Allegri might be wright that he needs time to develop but given our other attacking options and the lack of a capable AM he just needs to play in the biggest matches at the moment. Otherwise there will be no creative spark at all.
It's not surprising that he was right. He's still too raw. He shouldn't have had to deal with this sort of pressure during his first season at a big club at that age. Fiasco.
One thing for sure is that the boy is talented as hell and will only get better with time.
When Max said physically Dybala should improve (and I believe they're working on that with him in the gym) and that he should ask for the ball more and pass it he was very spot on but still some decided to bash him just because he said it.
Yep, because Moratta did extremely will this year, axed 3 proven leaders, one of them for the bargain of the century, and replaced them with either nothing, washed up players, or potentials.
