man i just love how good he has become in tight spaces. like legit we as fans need to appreciate how he doesn't panic with the ball when closed down. but uses his body and technique to create his own space, or get ball to his team mates.

Sell to Barca as Messi replacement for 9 figures
Ok. Let's assume we do what you're saying, which is still DUMB AS FUCK, but I'm going to humor your lunacy. Who do you bring in then? If you say Icunti, I will send a virtual punch through my screen that might potentially break your ribs :p :b81:

Also, Messi isn't leaving Barca imho. He threatened to leave to put pressure on their garbage president, who is likely to leave due to fan pressure.

OK real talk, what will happen with Dybala´s position in the team?

Juventus is actively searching for a referencial number 9 for tactical purpouses. If the names were kean and Milik, i was pretty sure they would be DYbalas backup, but the names of Suarez and Dzeko for sure will not be benched everygame with the salaries they will demand.

The reality, is that Juventus is searching desperately for a Higuain replacement for that 9 position.... this most likely means that theres is no plan to cement dybala as our false 9 no buts or Ifs.

i understand our need for a 9 tho, as we dont have one and Higuain is super past it already. We NEED a physical number 9 because those are the ones who fare better with ronaldo in line of 3. Yes, there are cases like benzema who wasnt exactly a tank but he complimented CR7 all too well. Dybala for sure could try to emulate that.... but the FACT here is that Juventus is looking for a starter 9.

Then, what Dybalas place will be? IMO he will most likely be used on the right side in a trident. Yep, not his best position... as he trhives near the enemy area-.... but the thing is that Dybala is a pure 10, a supportive striker, and this kindof strikers play better with a pure 9 at their side, not with Ronaldo in a line of 2.

All the solutions point to use a line of 2... bjut i dont know if Juve will do that.

Another solution would be to use a 4231 with dybala on the right or the middle.... but there are 2 problems in that formation: We have dybala and CR7 in positionsthat they will need to press more, and we will be playing with 2 midfielders.... and with the amount of new midfielders we will have now, it seems like a no go.

I think you are overthinking things. We once had Del Piero, Trezeguet, Ibrahimovic, Mutu and Zalayeta competing for two positions. In 2015-16 we had Dybala, Mandzukic, Zaza and Morata. Now we only have Ronaldo, Dybala and an unfit Higuain doing the same. If Higuain leaves, one or two forward additions are an absolute must regardless of our formation.

The matter here is not the quantity of attackers, is the formation and the position of Dybala. In the example you say, yes we had that amount of attackers but all of them had an specific role IN A 2 MAN line. In that period we used 2 strikers no matter the formation, so all our attackers fitted well in their roles (Trez Zalayeta as 9s, Delp as Support striker and Ibra and Mutu as a mix of both)

Now, we use a line of 3 because of Ronaldo and he will not be forced to play as 9 or as SS in a line of 2 for obvious reasons.... so the other 2 spots are the 9 position and the right winger. Dybala is doing great as false 9... but if we buy an expensive 9, he will need to be used, also mainly that goes well with the formation and Ronaldo. This leaves Dybala faring the 9 position with a pure 9, and lets be honest benching dybala is a no go right now.... so the best place for him is to play on the right. But then on that position we already have Douglas, but above all Kulusekvski which will most likely star there.

The problem here, is that why bring suarez to be a dybala bench with that salary? for that we can brig kean or Milik.... but Juventus is looking for a high profile 9, and most likely he will be used a lot. If he is used, then dybala goes to the bench or plays on the right, wehere we want to use Kulu now.

Now you see my point?

i see your point hydde, but regardless of which forvet comes, plenty of games to be played.

and if dybala is as good as he is, he will bench whoever comes or adapts to new role.

remember when pogba came and in second season was starter after marchisio injured in super coppa? he became undisputed starter and marchisio had to adapt his role or risk bench
