10 million + bonuses won't clinch it. I think we could do 11-12 million + very hard to achieve bonuses.
I don't think Dybala has much choice tbh, but to accept our offer. Now if his agent comes in with a bigger offer from a different club, then he can ask for more. But until then his position is not good

His demand is 15 does not mean he will not agree for less, they have to negotiate .

We should sell Ronaldo. I remember when Juve bought him . Rummenigge said: " We would never buy and 33 year old for 100 mil.
Look what Bayern did today ex. Davies cost them 22 mil. A team wins the CL not one player. Building Juve around Ronaldo is more than stupid
And do not blame only Paratici, the main person to blame right now is Agnelli. He wanted Ronaldo and it cost him 55 mil. a year !!!!
Look at Messi 33 can do noting by himself. Great lesson from Bayern. The team wins !!!!! on top of that they play football.
Congratulation Nostradamus.

Tuz did you watch Thiago? What a player, many here have to learn about players. Thiago in MF is great.
Have a little more trust in buying a De Paul or a Locatelli.
Thing is, Bayern has a bunch of superstars and big players too: Lewandowski, Neuer, Muller etc.

The difference is they have quality players in every department and they dont only have their stars. Their squad has insane depth and quality all over. We are not even close atm.

Today they brought on the likes of Tolisso, Coutinho and Coman off the bench. From the freaking Bench. Those players would all be considered starters here.

Building a team around Ronaldo is not a bad idea if you actually bring in quality and do it. We never did that.

Offcourse Ronaldo wont be enough for us to win in champions league when he is surrounded by a poor squad

i get your point, but in both 2015 and 2017 cl we reached those finals by being like bayern and looking for deal to build squad instead of expensive superstars

it was in both finals that showed what lacking a final superstar like ronaldo or neymar does for your team.

the key is mix of both

The point is that by paying Ronaldo all that money, we do not have money to spent on good players
No one in Bayern makes that kind of money.

bro this is hindsight because of club in 2 seasons of poor balance of signings. these things happen.

the club for past 9 years has been building of "good players" on good deals like you say.

pogba, pirlo, barzagli, vidal, tevez, morata, pjanic, khedira, dybala, demiral, evra. these are the players you forget we had that made us reach a cl finals.

and who absolutely destoryed them in the final? ronaldo, neymar, suarez. superstars. in fact go back to those years and everyone here lameneted how we lacked the killer instinct of a world class goal threat.

we do have money to spend. its not signing ronaldo that is hurting the club. he wouldnt have been signed by the guy who has been running a successvul club for 9 seasons in a row. it's covid19. no one could have predicted that.

Lewandowski earns 20m per year btw.

The tone in the newspapers is changing and apparently he's staying :D
Until tomorrow, or the week after, or whenever. I remember it was pretty bad with Del Piero's renewal back in 98/99 and I was really worried we'd lose him. Back then, we didn't have internet or social media, so shit wasn't as volatile, or at least we weren't bombarded with news all the time, as we lacked the exposure.

I prefer those days. Ceefax and all that. Kids today don’t know what it’s like uploading a nude photo on a 56k dial-up midwank.

Net :)

Bayern have a lot of high salaries, for example :

Odriozola 5m , Sule 10m , Boateng 12m , Alaba 10m , Goretzka 6.5m , Muller 16m , Coman 10m , Kimmich 8m , Lewandowski 20m , Coutinho 24.5m .

Some of these have to be gross, especially Coutinho. Barca did not give him that.
