IMO, unlike other tought to deal players, Balo has huge issues with his personality and om top of that gets bullied by racismo, which prevents him to focus on what matters.

He doesnt help himself doing tupid things like too much twitter and the likes. Theres good harmony in our team, we dont need a troublemaker.

He has excellent qualities as a CF tho, its a shame.
