What a disaster! I was in favour of the pogba return but this is just rocking ridiculous. If I understand correctly...he didn't do surgery so he could play in the world cup, but will miss it anyway meanwhile he hasn't stepped foot on the field for us.

Put a fork in this club, it's fucking done!!

I know melodrama is the flavour right now but doesn't the GdS report say he has to sit an extra 10 days out? As it's almost November that means France are unlikely to select him with the WC on the horizon. Not sure it changes our timeline too much, we'd see no useful Pogba until January. And missing the WC will be good for us.

As I've said multiple times, not a surprise when players get these strains after long ligament injuries, just part and parcel of it. It won't be his last either, when he eventually gets back to playing he'll pick another one up quickly and sit a couple of games out, you can bet your house on it. There are a million studies on quad and hamstring weakness after lengthy knee ligament injuries.

I know, ra ra ra our medical staff, they are crap but this is not unexpected. He's nearly 30 years old and powerful, there was almost no chance of a smooth return.

It's better for us if he doesn't go to the WC
