Against a meme team like Bielsa's Leeds, please. He's been shit for years.
He has been very good all season and last season before the injury.

I say again, if every player was held to the same standard Pogba is we wouldn't have 10 WC players in the entire world.

Not saying he is playing WC for Utd, but he has been nowhere near as bad as people make him to be. Especially playing as a DLP, you can't put someone like him in a position with so much responsibility and then complain when they fuck up here and there.

When he is given freedom to play what he knows best only De Bruyne is in the same class.

Pogba would boost this squad instantly and offer big quality. The only reason I wouldn't want him are his crazy wages.
and his age (plus supposed long contract)
and his consistency (or rather the lack of)
and his media whore personality (i'd puke if i had to watch an other dab celebration, having kean is already way too much)

in-form pogba is a great player. if we could have him in good form, guaranteed for 30 matches per season, i'd gladly pay him 10-12m net. too bad he only shows up a few times per season.

I do agree age is a huge factor, which means no re-sale value. After statement from our staff I'd say it's unlikely we're getting another old(er) player on a contract for insane wages. So it would kinda surprise me if we sign him. Whenever I see a player is "free" I only expect insane wages which in his case would be very high for us.

I do get what you mean when you inconsistent but I think he'd do really good here. I think it's way too harsh to say he shows up a few times per season. I loved him here for the most part.

I just wish we're after fresh, young blood, somebody who's dying to prove himself on a big stage. Somebody with hunger and balls. Which is another reason why I wouldn't like Pogba's dead walk on the pitch. I think it would be great to focus on somebody defensive so Locatelli would get to roam more upfront. Then buy wing(ers).

Turning 29 think he just the perfect age and def in his prime.
Consistency? Def had no problem with that under Allegri, whoever would have been inconsistent playing for ManU in recent years.
Couldn't care less about his appearance outside the pitch or celebrations lol.
Shows up few times per season? Had one season showing up in 26 league matches or less.
After KDB he would be the first one I'd get on our midfield (curious to know who you guys'd pick?)

appearance and antics are just simple annoyances. if he was cringe but brilliant at the same time i wouldn't even mention it. but he's cringe and expensive and inconsistent, just like il capitano's other favorite underperforming player, kean. and being cringe is just the icing on the cake.

i meant that he shows up in proper form just a few times per season. but he's also become quite an injury prone player lately, and that won't get better neither with age nor with j-medical in charge.

as @Dostoevsky said, we should simply look for younger and hungrier players. pogba was a beast for juve, especially with vidal and pirlo around him, but now i wouldn't trust him at all. valuable resources need to be spent better.

He has done really well considering who has played around him in ManU and the athmosphere there.
Being young and hungry is simply not enough if you gonna race for ucl and so. Especially for midfielder experience can be gold.
..You have a name on mind maybe who you'd pick over him?
Just looking at who wins titles there are no teams with all "young and hungry" midfields. You always need experience too, which we actually lack atm.
