I think he stopped developing and even regressed a bit. He had issues with his work rate when he was our player and things got slightly worse at United. He is one of the most talented players around but that's just not good enough if you don't work hard. His technical abilities look the same today as when he was 19 years old and this is not a good sign.

It's a trash source but it does sound believable that United wouldn't want to keep him around anymore. Brings too much unnecessary baggage with him. It's been 5 seasons and there are still question marks about his position or how best they can get out of him.

It's almost January and a new deal hasn't been spoken about yet. This 'divorce' is inevitable.

Pogba ability/work rate/preformence/wage are completly beside the point for me.

If we sign him, in two years time he becomes the veteran player at the club.
Having Pogba as that player is going to be a dissaster for us. Who will keep him in line? Dybala?
There is so much a coach can do.

Ok first of all where did you get 390k? Is that a rumor of a wage he demands? His salary is 15M pounds yearly, which is around 17.5M euros yearly (gross or net, I don't know, can't be bothered to analyze ManU wage structure. @IlCapitano says gross so I guess). You think he doesn't deserve it but what does it matter? The tax law was introduced exactly for this, to make players like Pogba on high salaries affordable. If we gave him equal gross wages to Dybalas, you'd say he earns more than Dybala and it's undeserved, but it doesn't matter for the club because they both cost the same. So your overreacting is way overblown.

There is no fee, he is a free agent, his yearly amortization would be much much less than Arthur for example. Financially he won't be a problem for the club like Ronaldo was, or even like Higuain was, not even close.

Bottom line is he's got the physical tools to play the game well into his 30s. He's got WC ability on the ball, he's still in his prime and is out of contract. We have a coach that would know how to use him and if we can get him it would be a brilliant signing. Let's see though, I think it's between Paris, Madrid and staying at ManU and we get Tchouameni or someone like that

He's an AM. I've said this since he first came to us as a kid. His talents are going forward, any DM duties and he will not be able to do both and it's not worth to have him do both because it demolishes his influence..and as strictly a DM he is average at best.

Locatelli played this role for Sassuolo the last two years. And was excellent at it. He’s played as more of a B2B for Italy at times (because they have Jorginho and Verratti), and now for us too, further forward. But dependent on who is available and who we buy, he can definitely be the anchor.

I'm not making sense? Cuadrado changed more games in his life than jogba ever did making ten times as much. Thats called value. You give me? no it's a fact.
