Paul Pogba is focused on doing well for Manchester United despite his agent's comments about wanting to leave, says manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Mino Raiola said this week Pogba had no interest in signing an extension to his contract, which ends in June 2022.
He added it would be better for all parties if Pogba left in January.

"Paul's got the hunger and appetite to play. He wants to train and he's focused on performing when he gets a chance," said Solskjaer.

You always hear such positive stories about Pogba from OGS, but nothing from Pogba and Raiola. Players and their agents control everything now.

I'm still going to continue to hate him as a person even if he comes back and plays great again here. He will always be a cunt. Doesn't mean I wouldn't want him playing for us again though as he is an obvious upgrade.

You don't remember the first never follow campaign?

I can't remember many more disrespectful transfer campaigns.

Mercenary scum.
How can anybody attribute any significance to cringe PR stunts let alone hold a grudge based on that is beyond me. You should be holding a grudge against Marotta for selling him and actually weakening our team on the pitch.

Stupidity :D

By far the worst career move in recent memory.
As I said 4 years ago only Mino was a winner in that transfer: Manchester, Pogba and Juventus all lost.

Always gotta be pragmatic, that's the Juve way :agree:

There's nothing to forgive. Juventus wanted that move just as much as him and participated in the whole charade just as him. He was promised he'd be let go 10 months earlier when he signed the new contract and recorded the intro video with Man Utd before the Euros. Everything else was just milking as much money as possible from all sides.

Because our CM is shit and his personality and work ethic were perfectly fine while he was with us, only became shit when he entered bling bling world with others like him if you catch my drift. I am confident that he can be reeducated
I see what you mean. But back then you had a midfield with Marchisio, Vidal and Pirlo to take care of his lazy ass work rate. Now I'm not sure he would be able to lift your midfield as it seems to me he needs a strong leader beside him.

With Chiellini and Buffon gone soon who will take that role? Maybe he will perform as a more mature player in Juventus instead of a Man United side and club without any clear direction.

I was a huge fan of Paul, even more than I'm ever be from Paulo. I recalled perfectly how people was bashing him for being hot&cold at least for two or three months per season at least and also saying how he needed everyone to be WC in order to excel, so yep, you got a point there. I always was defending him against that not matter what

However, after the "holiday" and "first never follow" thing, he can just go and love himself

There were never problems with his work rate when he was at Juve. Actually he worked really hard on and off the ball so let's not rewrite history.
