The transfer fee will probably be the same for both but Pogba will definitely command a much higher salary. Pogba is an infinitely more marketable player and a bigger name despite basically skipping this season.
And no way in hell was Pogba our best CM. Pirlo was hands down the heart of the team and even in his last season with us (when vidal also had injuries) marchisio stepped up and replaced Pirlo when he was absent. In all the seasons prior Pirlo was hands down our most important player let alone just in midfield followed by Vidal.
