Tonali - 40M in a player+cash or I`d skip on him as he is talented but I dont think he will be as good as Verratti..
Pogba - The reason I really want him here (putting aside my biased opinion as Im a fan..) - Pogba has technique, good vision and very good long shots but he also has physique which could be important..

Right now I have few players on "my shortlist" - Pogba since he can do what we need, Kante because he would really stabilize our defensive game and would allow Matuidi to finally age.. Mbappe (The impossible dream) and Salah (I think Salah would be the perfect choice to partner Ronaldo in attack)

Depends on price..
Tonali is talented but you make it sounds like he is the second coming of Pirlo.. Some were talking about Barella the way you talk about Tonali..

Tonali is good but over 50M for him is not a price we should pay therefore it is all price dependent...
Sensi - I wish we could steal him from Inter - This is a guy that is worth keeping a close eye on..
SMS - I guess under Sarri we have no reason to go for him as he might be too slow for Sarri`s style of play..
Barella - Some were screaming for him and he is indeed a good player but we dont need good players anymore.. we need amazing ones..

There is no such thing as =CL title but we would definitely improve a lot and have one of the best midfield again..

These days €30-40M is the normal price for a promising young player unfortunately. 50 might not be all that unreasonable, and we should definitely go for him. Barella would definitely improve us as well.
