Bad deal. Pogba is 23, will only get better, and is super marketable. He oozes style and cool, at least by modern standards. Moreover, we were led to believe that we got 105 million + 5 million in bonuses. Apparently, we are ONLY pocketing 75 million Euros. 75 million in a market where stones cost 60, and we paid 90 for Higuian is a bad, bad deal.

The thing is that Ballon d'Ors are won by prestige first and stats second. The EPL will lap up the showboating and so Pogba's prestige will skyrocket. If his main goal is to win the Ballon d'Or he has made the right choice.

If they build a good team which gets working Pogba will be able to do his thing without being found out (as in the start of last season) and having a few fancy goals and passes on their way to winning a CL will seal his Ballon d'Or because that's what entertains the general population. He's made a damn smart move based on what his goals obviously are.

looks like you do not only overrate pogba, but also never understood the concept of sarcasm
Nah, that was no sarcasm, you really believe that Pogba was bad because of no Marchisio and Khedira, as proven by your previous posts on this topic, which is the conclusion a 12 year old would make after taking a brief look at the situation, as it seems to be the case judging from your creative username. You also rate Verratti higher than Pogba as of 7th August which shows that not only are you clueless, but butthurt too. But no worries mate, we will sign a player in the future whom you will adore the same way you did with Paul, so the pain will go away. Just be patient

Ugh. You can be so annoying mate. Bad, bad deal. Are you saying this in a sheepish voice? Anyway, if the net result was 75 million I can see your point. It's still a lot of money for a player who wanted to leave and we got for free.

Exactly. That's why the last 10 Ballon d'Or winners all scored 50 goals a season. Oh. Wait.

I am not trying to be annoying. Look, if we are getting upwards of 100 million, then sure, pretty solid deal. Players may want to leave, but you can convince them to stay, incentivize them to do so.

Hm.. I get what you're saying, but I think if you're wearing the no. 10 jersey of Juventus, who have won Serie A 5 times in a row and are now going to be favorites to win the CL and you still need to incentivized, something is very wrong. I think he really had his heart set on Utd. And even if we might not have gotten a perfect deal out of it, I'd still be happy that he's gone. We're Juventus, you should want to play for us.

It's not like we're Sassuolo or West Ham or something. I completely understand if money is the only thing that matters if you play for those teams.

good job conflicting with your own point ... that is what's called an unforced error.

first you say i thought pogba was bad and in the end you say i am butthurt and sad because the player i adored (pogba) left

look, i am not trying to pick a fight here.

i am tired of babysitting you, if i ever feel the need to babysit a special needs child, i will give you a call, but until then i am through with you. i am not responsible to teach you basic logic you should have gotten in whatever school system you went or skipped through in your country. He most probably went for the money. I don't see United being relevant for another 3-5 years, as we all know Mourinho is not about building legacies, and Zlatan will be in the MLS in another year or two.

Players definitely have to want to play for us, but sometimes you have to reward them accordingly as well. I just hope selling Vidal last season, and Pogba this year doesn't set a dangerous precedent, whereby in 2-3 years we will be saying goodbye to the likes of Dybala and Pjanic.

And if you didn't highlight only a few parts of my post to try to sound cool and funny, you'd notice that Im obviously talking about the period since Pogba left/was widely believed to be gone. But I understand, you were a big fanboy and now that hes gone youre trying to get over him in your own way. But well as long as you don't start rating the likes of Witsel, Herrera or Kovacic ahead of him i guess youre still fine

Just deal with It. Pogs + 17,4m = Higuain. Pogs probably would be the bigger markeatable player in the future and we would win UCL before him.

We just have to understand than r very few players our board wouldn't put in the market for the right price. If u have to bet today if Dybala is gonna leave us in the next 2-3 years. What would u bet? For real?

Be cool no matter what. Our board is doing an awesome job and we are gonna be in this tier 1 group (farca, RM, bayern) before any other Team (PSG, Atletico, Manu, city, etc)

dude, go find a nanny.
JCK thought i was a pogba fanboy last week and i quoted all the instances when i was critical of pogba, then he later admitted that i was one of the few that never changed my opinion about pogba.

i will not proof it again just because your brain dysfunction turns you into an annoying attention seeking child that spouts nonsense without reason.

if you had any kind of education that was worth more than a 3rd world Ethiopian nude guy as teacher showing you how to make sounds with two sticks you would know that a discussion does not work by fabricating wild nonsense and just writing down what your feeble mind thinks is true. you would need to do research, check the source and then write your opinion that you build upon your research results, but you just blab around without ever having read me giving any indication to be a pogba fanboy.

use the search function or go speak to someone that takes you serious, i don't. i hope your mom comes back home soon and tells you to do some homework or help daddy on the farm collect some potatoes so you do not taint this thread with your
intellectual effusions.

You know that old saying "Throw money at the problem?" That is EXACTLY what Manchester United are doing. The problem is, they probably have more money than anyone in football to be able to do this. And let's not make it seem that Pogba was not taken care of here financially. We renegotiated his contract every year, if I remember correctly.

I wanted to make a point, realised half way that my point was bullshit but wasn't about to waste the time I spent writing so posted anyway.

Damn it, Seven I just want to be involved.

But come on - Messi and Ronaldo are hyped through the fucking roof. Messi winning PotT at the last world cup was embarassing. We all know why he got it.
