BAyern is always competing for the champions league. On top of that it is a team that allows german national team players to remain in germany, compete for champions league and still earn good money. contrary to the prejudice germanys title is not won by bayern all the time and every three or 4 years there is another champion than bayern.

the key reason to bayerns success is the german national team though. they take the best from germany and add world class players in position where there are no world class germans. germans do not fare very well outside of germany so that is an added bonus for german players primarily going to bayern and the city of munich has culture and enough snob/rich/upper class appeal to make you stay there.

They have to. They are owned by a corporation, so the investors have to be made aware of the net gains/losses.

They did not get just 72 million from Man U. They have to take all of the expenses incurred during Pogba's time here into consideration

He is right. This thread got me an infraction because I couldn't take the stupidity anymore and blew up on a poster. They just want to believe what they want and how they want to see it, so I'm gonna try and ignore the trolls and just talk to the real people

I know the dude is good at his job (earning money for his players), but 25m is kind of tough to swallow. In comparison even Mendes was rumoured to have made just 4.6 million with Ronaldo's sale to Real Madrid. I guess we agreed to those terms back then because Raiola got us Pogba for free and we sort of solved it simply by making Utd pay more, but it's almost unseemly tbh.

72m net profit on a player you got for free is the best deal in the history of football.

Not to mention that we sold Pogba for an all time record fee and wanted to leave.
