Generally speaking powerlifters do not have good aesthetics...strong as ****, but I prefer bodybuilding. It does suck when I see a powerlifter come into the gym and push 315 for 10 without breaking a sweat whereas I struggle for 2-3.

Tbh if i push 315 10 times i do break a sweat. But benchpress is my weakest exercise.

1m91, deadlift is my prime strenght. When i squat over 230, my back is doing most of the work, but i'm currently on a truely disgusting training cycle to increase my leg strenght.


Which in return is neccecary for my deadlift, because my knee's are shaking too much when going over 305
