I'm Del Piero's biggest fan, and we are not comparing Del Piero's with Zlatan. Comparison was a 28 year old Zlatan with a 28 year old Higuain. Zlatan was by far the better player.
No but you said "do you even remember the stuff zlatan did during his time in serie A?"

I'm telling you yes it was hardly impressive since a benched Del Piero at the time did more than him, whilst Higuain has outscored him with a far lesser team in napoli

Please. Let us have 4 year loans of your best prospects where we make 100M+ all the time... I think United should make this standard operating procedure.
  sick burn, bruh

Mercato isn't over yet absolutely. I expect United to buy one or two more. I'll enjoy United plenty thanks. Good to have our player back from his loan, now's when the fun will start.

:)
The fun of playing in the Europa League?
on an individual level perhaps, but I'd still take a 28 year old Higuain than Zlatan at 28
:disagree:

Zlatan played in different systems and was always great, except for half a season in Barcelona. you can put the guy in any team and it becomes a title contender
Exactly.
Not to mention, the sort of goals Zlatan scored, or even scored now, there's almost no strikers in the world who have the ability to score those kind of goals. He could make a goal out of nothing and also from ridiculous angles and distances when there's no chance of a goal. He was that kind of player, and from his last season, it appears he still has the odd magic moment.

At 28, I'd much rather have a 28 year old Zlatan than Higuain. Heck, I'd much rather have a 28 year old Zlatan as a pure striker than any other striker in world football in the last 10-15 years!

Brazilian Ronaldo might be an exception to that.

I also remember when Victor Valdes used to cover more distances in ground than zlatan did for barcelona
Most goalies cover more ground than Cristiano Ronaldo cause of how lazy Ronaldo is when tracking back and how arrogant he is. He's also full of himself and selfish. But just for that reason are people going to say they wouldn't want him in their side? C'mon.

Anyone would take him.

'might be'

Ronaldo was the best forward in history, and before his injury, the best player to ever walk on a football field.

'might be'. He turned legendary defenders into Ramos.
