Not necessarily, just depends who they bring in.
even fucking higuain would cost a fortune. higuain for 4 years = 150m. refusing man.utd's 120m offer and telling pogba to go to work until his contract expires = 150m. (mind you, even less if you consider pogba's/raiola's share of a future sale.) i wouldn't trade an unhappy pogba for a happy chubby higuain.

raiola said pogba would be happy to sign an extension. i'd rather get desperate and offer pogba a 10m net salary, give raiola 20m to shut the fuck up for 5 years. that's 75m, a lot less than signing higuain requires.

Why would they? Its club's money, I would have liked more if we have so much money and spends it. It's not my money
Not sure why you're telling me that. I agree. They can swing 100M every Summer and not break a sweat. It's mainly Juve fans from the big clubs who go full on accountant mode worrying more about the clubs finances than their own banks.

People are freaking out too much here. The big clubs in England might have some help being out of major European competitions, but they will always be a disappointment there with the English expectations. So far we have 5 title contenders, excluding the current champion and Liverpool, but only 4 CL places...

Say United signed him for 20m NET salary and they couldn't make CL next year (>20% chance). Is it Mourinho building and the board backing again? Even if that is the case for a full 2nd season, it won't be for the 3rd! The same goes for the rest of those teams...

If Raiola is smart he will just make Elkann open his wallet and back his words. He has money to spare and plays the big shot.
