A one pony club like United called a great club

Alex ferguson left and that :gsol: great :gsol: club falls apart :howler:

I remember saying it here in this forum in Alex ferguson's last season with United that they will struggle for a really long time without him ( so far so good ).

A club that changes the entiretly of their directors (3 times), managers, loosing all their top players and start from scratch in a span of 4-5 years and return to winning titles and reaching CL final that's a sign of a really great club. Not saying that because I'm a Juve fan but if your totally honest with yourself just ask how can a club called "great" when the whole club falls apart just when one guy (1 freakin guy) walks away from that club !!

Mourinho won't win anything there. The guy is literary finished as a great manager.

Watched his last season with Madrid and he had 0 motivation or energy. People thought maybe it's just Madrid but again he proved he's really finnished when he took over Chelsea. I hope United fans will be around here next summer and I'll remind them of how "great" their club really is when they come "again" empty handed.
A club is a club man. Its players, management and staff. Juve is a brand name on top of that and with that brand comes a certain set of expectations (winning serie A, performing well in CL etc...) Getting the right mix is a very difficult process that often takes a lot of time. We had horrendous management that didnt know what to do once we came back to Serie A and they screwed up their players and coach hirings. In comes a proper management team and suddenly we are hiring the right coaches and buying the right transfers at a budget. This summer we are seeing marotta managing a rich club and there is little doubt now that he is very capable of managing a rich team just as much as he was capable running a team on a tight budget. Galliani can run a rich team very well but has been exposed when he had to run on a tight budget. Marotta and co are capable at both given that we are having one hell of a transfer season so far.

This isnt about one poster, or any specific posts. The poster in question, i was going to step in and abuse myself. But the intention of these boards is not to do that. I am talking about the over trail of this thread. It's frankly sad and disturbing that fans of two big clubs cant have a conversation without demeaning each other. If you're talking about the guy who just got banned, then i am addressing that issue on their side of things, but we are the ones creating their troll like behaviour by paying heed to it and being aggressors in our style of communication. What do you expect of someone who comes here and doesn't expect to keep posting? Eventually they're going to get argumentative and provocative when there is no room for discussion. It's a pattern thats running through the thread and frankly its disappointing because I have been here too long to see that the quality of the forums have been far higher than where they are today, both in terms of posters and conversations.
I agree, we have standards and we are so dropping them. Some utd fans are just here to gather information regarding the transfer from the italian side and its something we should provide without aggression but humility. After this pogba saga finishes things will calm down my friend.

Why would Pogba come back to Manchoker Unison?
He's already said never going back to those pitfall for many times.
There's too much badblood between Paul and MU.
And talk about triple-ing his wages :sergio:

Much better chance of Pogba staying than Higuain coming.
Di Culo states otherwise

I heard that he misses the fish and chips in Manchester, especially from the local Harry Ramsden near Old trafford... You just don't get that in Turin

Hectic meetings continued. Can confirm there's a salary crisis.
Pogba was seen storming out and heard saying he feels like a hostage.
What do you think about Higuains bid? Smoke screen? We still after Sissoko Saponara?
Every passing day I get a feeling Pogbas getting closer to united, was hoping his new contract talks with us would.go smoothly.

Wouldn't it be great if they went in, offered a huge amount to keep him, he stays and they also get Higuain? Zero holes on this roster and that includes the bench.
