Can't deny that :D
I would totally sign Seedorf today
:D

seedorf was a different kind of player. scored some amazing goals, but he was more like a defensive asset, not a game changer like pogba. paul can carry a whole team and change the outcome of a match. seedorf rarely did that.

I don't know, I was a kid when I watched Seedorf so it was his big moments that are fresher in my memory rather than his defensive contributions. Besides when u got a Gattuso who needs another defensive mid :D

he wasn't a defensive midfielder per se, gattuso did the hard work, still, i always found that seedorf was important in order to keep the ball, cover pirlo's left side and try to pass the ball to rui costa (and later, kaka). he played in pogba's position, and just like pogba is not limited to defensive tasks, seedorf wasn't either, but the team's defensive work would have collapsed without their contribution - and pogba offers a lot more in attack than seedorf did.

:agree:
Covering for Kaka and pirlo is a heavy task

Yeah that Milanese midfield was one of the best I've ever seen. Only thing I'd change is the color of their stripes :D

Which makes it a goddamn impressive that our Juve team back then dominated Italian league. That win at San Siro is one of my favorites, two teams equal on points facing each other with only few rounds left. Trez

Ummm. End product. DP84 is correct. Seedorf's highest scoring years were twice scoring 10 goals in all competitions. Not 1 season with over 10 assists.

Pogba has done it twice in a row, 10 goals in all competitions. At the age of 23. Pogba 3 straight seasons with 10+ assists in all competitions.

Pogba end product > Seedorf end product. It's not even close.
Marchisio end product < Padoin end product.

Seedorf is a legendary player, Pogba is too young to compare with him yet. Maybe in 3 more years or so with CL titles under his belt
