Did not see many differences compared to the match against Gladbach, honestly. The guy wants to score and destroy the world, and he's not lucid about it. He has great qualities and always tries to do the most difficult thing to surprise someone and help his self confidence... He should just set the bar lower and play like he did at his first season here. I appreciated him taking the 10 this summer but I did it assuming he had the personality to hold it, to play with the 10 like this is just insulting especially for the great men who have worn it before. In the less important phases on the match, when the ball is controlled in the midfield, he can come up with something nice, but as soon as he has to assist/score he just goes full retard and he's tragic about it. Him taking the penalty was a very worrying sign, since he knows that he's not the best penalty shooter and in the match against Bologna Allegri openly said Dybala should be kicking them. He just choked in the worst way possible. This Juve has a good future, but as of now I'm not sure how big will be the role Pogba will play in it.
WTH? Did you see how Dybala and him look for each other all the time when we change formation? First time they play so close and already started to do some magic...

Why r u saying nonsense? :jck2:

He did not play a bad game overall, he's just shaky af when he has to do the decisive thing. Pogba is not a player you can criticize for his ability, having the quality to be a legend, he's just suffering the pressure right now and it's evident. He has to get away from it or he's gonna have some problems in the near future. Quite sure you didn't understande the meaning of my post.

Because nowadays, if Juventus win a match, it's never thanks to Pogba. In the last years, it was.

Thought he did great yesterday. His shooting is still off, but made some great passes that created good openings, had few nice runs as well and didn't try to force things unlike few weeks ago. Constantly improving like the rest of the team.

He is on the right track and it's really good that he didn't score that penalty, because he is still for enormous amount of work to do.
Also it's a really headache to Max, because Paul in his best form could be all-around juggernaut, and it's up to Max to use him with with best possible output.
I still think he doesn't suit as a treq in 4312, because Atalanta had a really large gaps between the players, where Pogba can speed up and get his dribble going, and most of the teams don't do it. But man he can shoot with both legs (and at some point he will start to score I hope) and that cut out pass to Dybala in the second half was really a moment of brilliance I haven't seen from any of our players for a long time, so wasting such an attacking potential is a crime.

He was creating and finishing the plays, thats the problem. He needs to get clean balls to finish properly but what we really needs from him is his magic on the creation área, like that fancy touch to dybala to the second goal... He was playing bad cruz we were playing bad (mostly cuz max's experiments)

So you are basically saying everybody is at fault for Pogba not performing but himself. Hey Paul, nice to see that you have an account here now. Now we can finally talk directly to you and you can tell us house it is all the others fault.

Pogba was always the player we see this season, it's just that his gameplay is not complemented by Pirlo's positional play and Vidals ability to win back lost balls anymore. As a result, every time we see Pogba with the ball currently, he's passing it back rather than going forward. Once that changes, you'll see a bit more shooting and conversions like we are used to. At the moment, he's putting too much pressure on himself to carry the team and do everything on his own. It will change but unfortunately we will sell him for 50m season end to fund our next mercato with no CL.

AGREED 100% if we can get this 100m that raiola says is the asking price then sell him cuz we're gonna need the money

Hate to say it, but I said it in the summer when we sold Vidal, that we were better off selling Pogba, because we could've filled in more aspects of the team with that money, but more importantly, we will now be forced to sell him for less coz his will will be to play in the CL. Thats how we will make up for the lack of CL revenue, and Marrotta's lies about keeping our talents will finally be exposed. Oh but wait, Pogba might ask to leave......!
