Selling Pogba will end in a similiar disaster like Liverpool selling Suarez or Milan selling Ibrahimovic. Our squad is old, Tevez is going to leave in 2016, Morata will leave once he reached a certain level for sure and the money we will receive from selling Pogba won't open as many doors as we think. There are not going to be too many great players on the market, other clubs will have as much money without selling anyone (fierce competition) and the prices will be inflated. Our salary limit will prevent us from being able to sign more than 2 really strong players anyway. I laughed at Liverpool fans about their fantasies what they all will do with the Suarez money and i will laugh at all the Juventus fans who have all this unrealistic fantasies what will be done with the money we could get from selling Pogba.
The value of a top player is consistent for many years, money and its value on the other hand is gone very quickly, those large amounts of money seem more valuable than they actually are in comparison. Money you receive once is vastly overrated. A good sponsorship deal is ten times as powerful. It can happen quickly that you sell a valuable piece of your team in good hope and look back a few months later and think what the $#@!. There are enough examples of this.
Raiola doesn't have as much power as some think, PSG, Bayern or Real in our position just would tell him to $#@! off, laugh at him and keep Pogba no matter what if he would tell them Pogba wants to leave. Maybe the would give him an increase, but we should do that anyway at the end of the year if he continues like that. Bayern did it with Ribery for example, they kept him against his will, despite his agreement with Real. And Pogba is much more professional than Ribery, he will give his best as long as we keep him, especially in the year of the Euros. Those clubs have balls, they are not submissive, while we complain like pussys. Agnelli should work his ass off to get some money from Exor/Fiat instead of complaining.
We should keep Pogba at least until 2017 no matter what. Everything else is a failure and a terrible decision by the management. We need a management that is tough. The power lies with the club when there is a long term contract, there are clubs who realize that and there are clubs who believe the "all the power is with the player" bull$#@! and submit to their every need. Maybe we need more sociopaths in the club. Nedved, Agnelli and Marotta are too nice.
