Doubt that. He'd need to become the best footballer in the world to get the double of what he's earning now. He'll be earning more than 6m in a few years, or 12m gross. There aren't many players atm with higher salary.

PSG cannot guarantee him European glory, neither is French league attractive destination, certainly inferior competition in many aspects to Serie A. Real, Barca and Chelski, if he decides to leave, but there's no sense in harping over it since recently he signed a new deal.

I agree with this, but that has more to do with a fact that if we evaluate the offer beeing presented will guarantee for us to invest in other areas, by bringing few key/WC players, therefore overall improving as a team, making us more competitive in the end. Pros would have to outweight cons in any case.
