Pretty sure the mass Conte slating was more to do with the fact that he constantly called us underdogs and said the CL was nothing more than a dream, meanwhile we allow the truely elite teams like Galatasaray and danish clubs to pin us back and KO us from the group stages

What I found exceptionally ridiculous was the same Gala who drew 2-2 and won 1-0 against us done so with a brand new coach who mirrored our formation playing with a bunch of players who had absolutely no experience in a 3-5-2 as opposed to us, yet they nailed the system down better than we did.
