A key player, is a player thats fundamental for the good flow of the team. Not just an exciting youngster.
Keyplayers carry the team. Pogba for example needs backing up, from other players.

Actual juventus keyplayers :

Barzagli : our defence is twice as good with him
Vidal : The actual midfield boss
Pirlo : The team improves quit a bit when he is "good", and drops when he isnt.

Vucinic : He was a keyplayer last season.
Tevez : once this guy is entirely adapted, he'll be what vucinic was last year

Against strong opponents, in form asamoah and lichtsteiner are keyplayers to. Sorely missed when not there

Actually most of those Arsenal fans seem pretty realistic that they don't have a chance at signing Pogba. A couple nut cases tho, but that's to be expected. There is no fucking way we would sell him.
