looking back, i am actually glad he left when he did. i think he realized what a disaster secco was at the time and thought to himself "i dont have time for this shit" and bailed before his reputation was tarnished.

Of course, but it really seems as if he's inevetably going to leave at some point in the next four years or so. Deschamps is among the best replacements I can think of.
