If he means this? That's just a set of words players say in these situations. In pirlos book he wrote nicely about this. How he had to say similar things even though he was dreaming about Real Madrid at that time.

If he meant those things he would have said it from begining. Now it's just a game to please the fans.

Yeah. Can't get too excited. In one week a player can be at a different club, and for example Pogba would get destroyed if he left after saying these comments, but that's just football.

The reality is that this is a great place for him to play and grow further, but there are teams out there who could force our hand with stupid money, and that won't change for the foreseeable future.

We will sell him only if he asks to leave, end of story.
No amount of stupid money will force our hand as long as he intends to stay here.
Its all purely down to the will of the player.

You really think that is the case if someone offers the €70m mentioned? I really doubt that, as Agnelli and Marotta have intimated before.

I really doubt we'd force a player into a sale.
As long as he wishes to continue with Juventus,we'll try and put all our efforts in keeping him.

That money is also tied to sporting results.
If out of nowhere,we reach a CL final,we'd be in a better position to keep our stars and build on it.This is just speaking hypothetically ofcourse.

Yea, although I have to say I rather have player make weights like DiMaria and Coentrao rather than just outright cash in such a scenario.

Sometimes it goes a little hand in hand, we would at least get twitchy if we received an offer over €40m, then both the player and club start looking at things differently. Then it can reach a negotiation stage where we throw silly numbers around.

He is staying, that's official

Paul Pogba has made clear that he has 'never considered leaving Juventus’ and that his future is with the Bianconeri.

The Frenchman had been the subject of continued speculation regarding his future amid transfer links to the likes of Paris Saint-Germain, Chelsea and Real Madrid.

However, on from his agent’s assertion yesterday that contract renewal talks with Juventus are due to continue soon, the player has commented on where he sees his future.

“I never thought or spoken about leaving Juventus, my future is here,” Pogba has commented to La Stampa today.

“Where will I go? I’m here, right? I’ve got a contract with Juventus - so what are we talking about?

“I don’t think about the market. That has always been the case, when I was at Le Havre and they said Manchester United were following me and wanted to sign me - in short, for a child of 13, that is crazy news.

“But I’ve always been happy to play. And that’s it.”

Speculation recently was that Zinedine Zidane personally called Pogba to convince him to move to Real Madrid.

“I would like to know how it came out - perhaps someone has seen his number on my phone? I never said I wanted to play there, I just said they are a great team like United and Juventus.”

The 21-year-old considered life at Juventus, which this season has seen him become a regular in Antonio Conte’s midfield.

“At Juve I have learned how to be professional, especially in the daily work, and to manage my body - I was not used to playing games every three days.

“I had hoped and thought to grow and improve, but I never imagined it could happen so quickly. Marchisio had some physical issues early in the season, I was fine and I took advantage.

“I don’t take free-kicks or penalties, I’m proud of my goals. And there are those who already shoot from free-kicks pretty well.

“Playing around Pirlo I have learned not to ever throw the ball away, even when you are in your own area. And then the confidence to want the ball, even in the middle of a crowd.

“Influences? Yaya Toure is a great player, I looked to him when I was a kid, trying to learn. Physically he is strong, big, like they say I am.

“I need to improve with my headers. But I have to improve also in so many areas.

“I look at Cristiano Ronaldo and I see a player who can do everything. Here, I would like to become a complete midfielder.

“My idols were Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Zidane. I like to play in midfield because that is the engine of the game, you always have the ball at your feet.

“A turning point at Juve? There was a precise moment, the goal I scored against Napoli two years ago.

“Until that moment, people saw me and said: 'hey look, there’s Balotelli’. From that day onwards they began to say: 'hey, that’s Pogba’.”

“A turning point at Juve? There was a precise moment, the goal I scored against Napoli two years ago." :touched:

Can become one of the greatest players in history of this game. I'm glad he's so humble in this time when whole of Europe is talking about him.
