We're building a great team and we have an incredible project. The growth the club has had in 10 years is insane. We're about to build a squad that will dominate European football in the near future if we continue at this rate and if things go well enough. We'll be one of the main contenders for CL this year and we have a clear aim to win it.

Why even leave for another team that has the same aim as we do, let alone United. Our project kicks asses.

I agree with all of this. This move is entirely about money. If ManU had finished top 3 this past season and was in CL, they might be an attractive destination outside money... But playing Europa League, missing CL 2 of the past 3 seasons now.... The premier league in general underperforming in Europe for 4-5 years now... Mourinho teams falling apart at both Madrid and Chelsea. There's very little reason for a world class player like Pogba to move there aside from money. Of course, the league is still the richest league, and has 4 CL spots, so it's not like moving to China...

I'll be disappointed, but I see it laying the foundations for another 5 years of outright dominance in Italy and making us a perennial CL semi finalist or better, dependent upon luck with draws. I think this is coming whether we sell Pogba or not.

I'll be surprised if he leaves this summer and takes that at least temporary step back in his career, competitively speaking, but the amount of money being talked about makes it pretty damn tempting for both player and club.

To be honest, I just want this bloody Mercato to be over, one way or the other.
I kind of feel the same way. I dont want Pogba to leave but if he does we just need to invest the money in the right way. The added bonus of Pogba leaving would be no more fat fuck Raiola running hes mouth on every given opportunity.

I know Mr. Di culos`s reputation, and al of this in the middle of the Higuain gossip.... but still it makes no sense to sacrifice someone like Pogba for Higuain,,as good as Higua is.

is not like we have amauri and Iaquinta level rejects and we are desperate for goals.

I refuse to believe he is going just to please allegri with Higuain.

MADNESS.

Thank mate i just want to keep Juve fans updated and posted on the situation since like you I want to know whats really going on at the minute. If Pogba arrives i can suspect a midfield three of Pogba (on the left), Herrera (on the right) and Schneiderlin (sitting deep). Pogba would be utilized fully in a midfield 3 and not in a 2 like Deschamps did who got it all wrong. Hes an attacker, not someone that should sit back like what we saw in the final. Rooney will be out of the team - Mourinho won't have time for his nonsense.

I hope we sign one more class midfielder but i doubt we will, especially with the money spent we will be skint as soon as the season starts. Whether Pogba does well with the pressure of the price tag above his head or not is hard to tell.

However lets see how this transfer pans out first. Its not fully done yet.
finally a United fan thats not here to troll. i never told this to anyone but if Pogba ever leaves i hope you guys get him. CL is getting boring with the spanish clubs and Bayern in semifinal all the time, would love some old fashioned Juve-United battles again

my fratello told me that United has been very correct in the negotiations so far. huge respect for Woodward and the United guys for not using dirty methods in all of this. its good to see there are still big clubs with some class out there, unlike that disgusting separatistic catalan club i cant even bring myself to pronounce its name

Fair enough but to me I don't really care It's one of them things we knew a while ago he was gonna happen, still feel sad, wanted him here for another season. The only good thing I take from this is I live near Manchester so I will definitely use this opportunity to go and see him. If any Utd fans will help me feel welcome even better.

A friend of mine had a knee problem from running and he was treated by a physiotherapist who was one of Sven Göran Eriksson's team while he was the England manager. This physiotherapist has good connections in England and he has friends at United who know quite a lot. He provided my friend many tickets in sky boxes all over the country, CL finals, you name it...he also brings him news and the latest was that Pogba agreed to take a pay cut to go back to Manchester Union. The deal will be over soon and he will be presented at the Old Traffic on Tuesday.
