We need to have another go with him this year. He should not go now. he must be intelligent enought to know this.

He still has some way to go to learn more and to perfect his game.

There's very few players I wouldn't sell for over 100M, and Pogba isn't one of them. I trust Beppe and co 100% to have a fantastic plan of action if we sell Pogba. And if we sell him it will be on our terms.

The only thing I would say, is that we would need to fucking push on from this and really put everything in to closing the financial gap with Europes top few. Otherwise every few years or so we'll be pressured in to selling a star player.

Is it really a financial gap? As I remember reading we are in the black as far as annual turnover goes, and it's not like Pogba and Mandzukic are being paid pennies. If you mean 'top few' in the sense of the 3 or 4 richest teams in the world there's not much we can really do about it.

You could also argue that having Beppe as our Transfer Director actually does close the gap in a way. We pay less for the same or better quality in comparison to PSG or Man City.

Financial Gap is a closed case IMO, we will never EVER get close to the big teams, not in spending nor marketing nor hype.

For that to happen we need better sponsors, better media coverage, better mrketing and above all way more hype. All of this points mentioned are impossible or almost impossible to improve as long as the league continue being shid. Sad but true.

What we can do, and is what we have been doing all this years....is to close the sporting gap. We have excelled on this... being nobodies 5 years ago, to CL finalists and top 5 competitors in the CL. This has been a major improvement.

Now we need to do what atletico is doing, in being present in finals and aspiring to win the thing. This year we will be doing a huge step twaord this goal if we retain our star players are continue adding quality.

I think if Raiola was going to move Pogba to Madrid, he wouldn't be speaking about it like this. I think there's probably some other motivation behind these recent words. Maybe he wants us to buy Miki or something and he'll shut up.
