As much as i love Pogba and believe in his talent, like i always said, if we get an offer for 100mil + , you have to sell him, he does not in any way impact the game like 100mil player would.

even messi had iniesta and xavi. and now nyemar and suarez

pogba was amazing last year. but he had vidal to support him and tevez and morata upfront.

one game in and every armchair general is out in full force.

except when does. which is often.
Consistency is what set apart great players from good players.

I want to see other 100mil players when supported by Padoin and Pereyra. I know one who can't carry a strong NT to any victory in the past 10 years
I stand by what i've already said, Pogba's impact on this team is not worth 100 mil.

THis is taking the "Way too early to judge" scenario to a whole new level.

It's not just the new players who have to adjust. Those who have been with the squad for the last few years have to do the same. 3 key components of last year's squad are gone, and there are new roles for some of these guys. Especially when a player such as Pogba willingly took on the added responsibility of donning the #10.

Let's see how things pan out when Dybala is playing from the start, Morata and Marchisio are back, Sandro gets acclimated, and that new AM comes into the squad.

I think a lot of us knew that this squad wasn't going to hit the ground running.

That's very generous of you.

Can't judge after one game, but conclusions can be drawn after two games.
 so true

I think the number will have had less of an impact on his performance than the feeling that he had to do more to make up for the various missing midfielders.

Im not too worried, we have some quality in our team and this was a strange day. That said, pogba needs to calm down and try to be simpler.

Pogba is such a "number ten" as Padoin is Pirlo:sergio:
Its depend how you Rate and Define quality If we got a top CAM for vidal replacement Probably he was the first choice for take number #10
Other players dont have creative and skill as typical number 10
Pogba can be number 10 IMO

It was made just to please him and his uncle Raiola. it doesn't concern his playing qualities at all, just marketing ones.
How would it look if he is gone as early as the next season? and it's very likely, u know.
wearing #10 should be long term project given to a certain type of player and not marketing and pleasing smb. it should be thoroughly deserved.
