:agree: Perfect understudy to Higuain, and with his abilities and pace, we might even be able to deploy him as a winger. He could become our "New Morata" and we won't even have to return him to Madrid :tuttosport: :tuttosport:

Beppe/Samp and Nedved/Schick suggests we'd be in a good position to sign him if we really do want him.

Samp also don't sell for astronomical fees, but Schick would surely be the biggest in recent times. He also most probably won't go for that release clause.

Since the silly fee days (early 00s) when they sold Montella:

10/11 Pazzini > Inter €18m
16/17 Soriano > Villarreal €14m
13/14 Icardi > Inter €13m
16/17 Correa > Sevilla €13m
14/15 Gabbiadini > Napoli €12.5m
16/17 Fernando > Spartak €12.5m
16/17 Eder > Inter €10m
13/14 Poli > Milan €10m

I reckon he'll sign a new contract then we'll get him for €30m + p/e :D

Is he really worths all this high? Honest question, I didn't pay too much attention to him so far
Definitely. Just look at him play; highlight reel stuff with almost every touch. VERY prolific, highly talented, insanely good genetics and physical qualities to succeed.

unless he ends up at inter, which would mean he's overrated anyway. :hihi:

He will be signed in coming days and become a Juventus player in July.

Will be a major player in our goal of winning the 8th Scudetto in 8 seasons after spending a final season at Sampdoria.

Juventus are pushing for Patrik Schick but would leave him at Sampdoria for next season, according to reports.

The striker has impressed for the Blucerchiati this season, scoring 12 goals in just 10 starts since arriving from Sparta Prague in the summer.

According to Tuttosport, the Bianconeri’s general manager Giuseppe Marotta has already spoken to Samp about the 21-year-old Czech, as well as Milan Skriniar.

If a deal can be concluded quickly, the Old Lady would sign both players but loan them back to Sampdoria for next season.

For their part, Samp are keen to get Rodrigo Bentancur on loan from Juve for next season, and possible for 2018-19 too.

The newspaper believes that the Genoese club are also looking to sign Sebastián Driussi of River Plate, and would work with Juventus to do so.

This could involve the Bianconeri signing the player then loaning him to Samp, or the Doriani signing Driussi and Juve having a buyout clause.

Is this Driussi guy any good? @GordoDeCentral

I read elsewhere that Samp will increase the buyout clause from €25m to €42m for Schick's new contract.

No idea who Driussi is, but sending Bentancur to Samp on loan sounds like a great idea. So if that's part of a deal for Schick then even better.

Giampaolo is doing a fantastic job at Samp with the young players. Schick, Skriniar, Linetty, Torreira, Pereira, Sala, Bruno Fernandes and Praet are under 23 and have space under him.

They play with 4 midfielders so there is room in the mid.
