Im looking desperately for a point here but you are back pedalling so hard that you might be the first person in history to go back in time.
No I'm back peddling.

Is that all you have? I've been fairly straightforward and consistent in what my opinion is.

No, you haven't. And you pull this shit all the time. At first I thought it was an honest mistake but you do this in every debate. Remember our discussion about self defense?

You were talking about mass migration in your post. Jeez, dude..
Two ways people have been coming into this country. You should already know I am for great control over immigration for many of the same reasons and since both consist of many people at one time coming into the country you should see how I related the two.

But you love picking one point while ignoring the rest.

No one is saying they can't come in. Intelligence reports for months have been speculating this and whether or not it happened in France is irrelevant. The point is that the possibility, god forbid, that it could happen which should lead legislators to conclude that it might be wise to know more about who is coming when they get here. Uncontrolled mass movement of peoples can be a source of strife, whether its refuges from the ME or mass immigration that isn't related to fleeing war.
I don't have a huge problem with this as long as it is not so tied up with bureaucratic red tape as to effectively act as a stop for refugees entering America for the next several years.

I think everyone takes their risks with allowing refugees in, and has to be willing to accept some of that risk, as it will never really be completely eradicated. Part of accepting some of the responsibility for helping create the refugee crisis is helping solve it, by taking a share of them into your own nation, Canada included. It's not like 1000s of terrorists are going to be slipping into the US this way... Will a few perhaps arrive? Sure... but that's a risk you take with any immigration small scale or large scale, and has happened in the US many times already. It doesn't mean you hermetically seal off your border because 1 in 10,000 or 100,000 refugees might be a terrorist.

States say no: finally. Yes. Fairly straightforward.

Now we can address the issue of what we know of people coming as they arrive. Also, fairly straightforward.

Where are you drawing the disconnect?

Absolutely. But the more you know the better. That's the point I've been trying to make with these other two and what IMO the states here are trying to get across the the federal government.

The most infuriating thing is that most attacks are carried out by individuals who have been known to the police as extremists. And now, guess what, they still don't bother arresting every single s$#@! that attracted attention in this regard.

Salafists are still allowed to celebrate ISIS on open street and hand out qurans @mondo1

Why don't the authorities do anything. Come another strike everybody will act so surprised OMG HOW CAN HUMANS DO SUMTHIN LIEK THAT WE WERE POWERLESS
Honestly they have done nothing to protect the people. If you really want to make an attack Germany has to be one of the easiest targets. They put it down on human rights.... Yeah right let them teach how to kill people openly on the streets. Put those fuckers to jail or at least track them. Friend of mine is a police officer , all he has to say is that they don't have the ressources to really observe those people. As a terrorist you'd only need to go to the "stadtwald" and shot down planes... Police would never find you
i turned off the tv now.

they are talking like 500 people got killed, when in fact nothing happened.

sad faces all around.

they worry about our poor NT players...like what if they all have to sleep
in a locker room again? will they be alright?
"what a $#@!ed up world we all live in"

...i feel sorry for that NTV reporter - they ask him again...and again...and again...
and again...and again...and again...

and he knows NOTHING! and keeps saying he knows nothing.
but they wont stop asking. what a poor man.

@lgorTudor
Cant wait till they start talking how they don't fear shit etc.... You can stop every event now with a simple threat cause they know shit about these guys

lol alright Seven.

Let me make this as easy to comprehend for you as I possiblly can:

States are right to voice their concerns about who the federal government is asking them to house within their own individual borders and them saying NO to try and elevate the concern that we need to know more about who is coming in is, IMO, their right to an extent that Congress allows it. We already know Obama won't allow it and the only way to get around it is if Congress passing legislation. Every single State that has said No I can pretty much guarantee knows they will still have to do it anyways unless Congress says otherwise.

Come on, man. Either stick to your opinion or admit you were wrong. You are all over the place right now. I know you're a great guy and I know you mean well, but.. I am starting to get really pissed off here. Maybe I just shouldn't respond for a while. Let things cool off.
