Yes of course, i love chergui. I haven't tried TF amber absolute. I just ordered arabian oud resala, have you tried it before?
I haven’t. Just looked it up and would consider buying it blind just for the bottle lol. I love the simplicity of its notes. Sounds delicious. Definitely going to order a sample to try. Thanks for the recommendation!

@Dostoevsky dusan im looking for a new frag something with amber, musk, and sandalwood tones
Hmmm... Amouage Reflection 45, MFK - Grand Soir, Tom Ford - Noir Extreme. I assume you know about all those, no? I think it's something you'd like. I haven't tested it myself but I hear so many great things about Ambre Sultan by Serge Lutens. Oh and I'm yet to catch 02 L'Air du Desert Marocain Tauer

Personally I've been stuck with Arabian clones lol. That's more within my budget and I gotta say that Arabs are making damn good perfumes for cheap money. My wages are increased compared to the past but I still find it hard to buy the expensive ones.

I can't believe Giorgio Armani discontinued Acqua di Gio Profumo. This frag has been my daily driver since it launched in 2015. It had monster performance, perfect for the office and any occassion all year round. The incense was so fucking moody.

ADG Parfum is supposed to be Profumo's successor but I haven't sampled it yet.

I like ADG Profondo but only in warmer climates. Profondo performed really well for me when visiting Singapore.

Currently wearing Montblanc Explorer - it's a decent Aventus clone.

A banger, always in my collection

I know Im late but Green Irish Tweed by Creed is spring in a bottle.
My old bottle (10 years old) is insane, I tried the newer ones but the longelivety is very mehh nowadays.

Anyone tried stephane Lucas Humbert - God of Fire? I really want to get my hands on Aron Terence Hughes - Hard Candy Elixir but it is only available in the UK :( Does someone has a 'must have' cologne I should try?

My collection:
- Adidas - Ice Dive

- Armani - Stronger With You
- Chanel - Blue de Chanel EDP
- Creed - Aventus (3x before reformulation --> 2014 edtions)

Have you tried iommi monkey special yet
No, is it good? I have to say orienal/gourmand like middle eastern parfums doesn't suit me too much. I am still young and I am a Dutch guy
Tauer l'air du desert marocain is the best fragrance I ever smelld, it is just unwearable. I would like their scent candles, but I think it is a bit too high priced.

I've got a dupe of GIT (I'm too broke to afford the real thing) called Egra by Rasasi. They're a middle eastern clone house. Very very similar to the sample I tried in the store and for only a fraction of the price. Good performance too. You can find a 100ml bottle for like £24.

I know you said you dislike middle-eastern parfums because they're too gourmand but you can find quality dupes of expensive frags if you look hard enough.

Now that is one impressive list, I'm envious :p. +1 for the Lalique, such an interesting unique scent. Smells so earthy.. like a walk through a forest after its rained.

What's the armani, gucci guilty & chanel like? Am on the hunt for a good summer evening frag and I was considering those three. D&B the One is another.

Does someone has a 'must have' cologne I should try?
Gosh where do I begin? Rasasi- Hawas is my favourite, but might be a bit too sweet & fruity for some people. I'd definitely suggest sampling for yourself. Others I'd recommend adding to that collection would be Acqua di Gio Profondo/ D&B Light Blue eau intense (don't get both, they're too similar in profile). Awesome frags for hot weather. They have a citrusy + blue mineral note that makes you feel like you're on the beach in the med.

Another brand I'd recommend is Acqua di Parma. They make some of the best casual, fresh, citrus, clean scents ever. The 'colonia essenza' and 'fico d'amalfi' lines in particular are beautifully mature, sophisticated frags. Reminds me of summers in Italy. Definitely for more mature folk though, its not something you'd wear in a club or if you're too young.

My collection for anyone wondering:

D&B - Light Blue eau intense
Versace - Eau Fraiche
Versace - Blue Jeans
Rasasi - Hawas
Rasasi - Egra (Creed - GIT clone)
Just Jack - Simply Blanc (Tom Ford - Soleil Blanc clone)
JPG - Le Male Le Elixir
Salvatore Ferragamo - Uomo Signature
YSL - Y EDP
Lacoste - Blanc

It doesn't represent me as a person. Imagine a 1.90m Dutch blonde guy smell like a middle-eastern bazaar. It is the same as a six-year old kid smell like gasoline or an 80 year old with a childish perfume.
So many of the Amouage fragrances that I think smell amazing I’d never ever consider wearing in public. They smell great, but I don’t want to smell like that in public, especially with their crazy sillage and projection.
