De Ceglie was paired up with the faster and more threatening winger yesterday. I thought that positionally, Motta and Bonucci were worse and there were moments when either of them were playing someone onside during the game near to our LB.

Alvarez is about the fastest guy you will find in football, isolate a world class defender against him and he will give them trouble just with his pace, our whole backline was just amateurish. Watch the line they held when their CM picked the ball up, he could just play it between Chiellini and De Ceglie time and again.

We could have lost 3-0 to Bari anyway, but because of De Ceglie we didn't..
But yeah go on, all the other teams in Serie A have WC LB's, DC is poop, blah blah blah...

Look guys, honestly, its not his fault that he is played every single game. Its not his fault that he cant play. I mean what else can he do except play when his coach tells him to. He is trying his best but so far he hasnt showed us anything special. As long as we are the only ones who are able to see that, we will see many more games with De Ceglie in the starting line up. Its up to the people in Juventus to do something.

What I'm saying, is that the issues defensively are to do with the entire unit, not just finding someone to pin all the blame on. There's still 3/4 of our defense that has to fix itself individually.
